Aluminum tile

Metal tile dropped-ceiling is produced by bending and aluminum sheet punching with the thickness of 0.5 to 0.7 mm and tile dimension of 30.30 and 60.60in whether exposed or hidden forms using press and CNC punch device.
Metal tile color coverage is Coating powder or Electrostatic powder color being modifiable based on customer’s choice according to European Ral standard.
If requested, creating a pattern with company related logo or any other designs by CNC punch device on Aluminum tile is feasible.Bedding constructs related to various types of tiles is also available.
In punched types, the back side of the exposed construct tile is covered by a wad preventing from penetration the room air in to the back of dropped- ceiling provoking an acoustic characteristic in ceiling.
Aluminum tile dropped- ceiling is considered as a new idea for designers and engineers. Using various sizes, colors and patterns offers a unique effect.
